The Garden bed, GB-F2875, was missing part I.  How can I get a new part?  The "contact us" selection did not work

Bought the Garden Bed GB-F2875 looks very nice after assembly.However,after a rain storm,it swelled up so much it popped one of the bed boards out.It was advertised that this would not happen also , because of the expansion it started pulling some of screws out of the frame and legs.Board would not go back in, space was half the size of normal. I had to cut at least 1” off of it to make it fit and reassemble. Wanted to let you know that it should not be advertised that way.
